Meghan Markle left up her really special dream job after two years

Some people may simply view Meghan Markle as a former royal who fled the British monarchy to start over “back home” in the US.
The California native had a fairly successful acting career before assuming the Duchess title and everything that came with it, unlike the Duchess of Cambridge and Harry who spent a few years working for The Firm.

Meghan rose to fame as Rachel in the popular television programme Suits. She essentially grew up in the entertainment industry, and as her fame increased, she also worked charity events and ran a blog.

But before she met Harry, Meghan Markle was en route to choose a different path.

On August 4, 1981, Meghan Markle was born in Los Angeles, California.

She was introduced to the entertainment industry at a young age thanks to her father, lighting director and Emmy winner Thomas Markle. Meghan frequently had the opportunity to accompany her father on set.

The Duchess continued, “I must have been about 24 when a casting director looked at me during an audition and said, ‘You need to know that you’re enough.
More Meghan, less makeup. You must understand that you are sufficient. A chant that has now been so ingrained in me that I can’t go a day without hearing it chime.”

Before she ever started contributing to The Tig in 2012, Meghan Marle had another thought. Legal records acquired by TMZ reveal that Meghan made an attempt to register a trademark for the concept of the Lali firm, which would offer lollipops and drops. Sadly, the potential candy shop never materialised since, two years later, they abandoned the plan.

The Duchess is well known for her keen interest in cuisine, so even though her plans to create candy failed, perhaps things will turn around in the future.

Meghan talked candidly about her love of eating and throwing dinner parties when she spoke with Good Housekeeping.

When Harry proposed to her, she said they made a roasted chicken that was a “game changer.”

“In my opinion, there is nothing more delicious or impressive than a perfectly roasted chicken,” she remarked. It alters the landscape. I take that to dinner parties and meet lots of people. Meghan stated that she always has hummus and carrots in her refrigerator.

I prepare chia seed pudding, almond milk and green juice every single week, and oddly enough, my dog, Bogart, also like them. So simple, so satisfying. I truly enjoy cooking.
