Before kids leave for school, Kate Middleton reveals her brilliant strategy for “squeezing in exercise.”

The public’s perception of Kate Middleton has always been one of a healthy, active, and upbeat person. The Princess of Wales visited numerous schools and other institutions where she herself has participated in sports in the past, among other things taking over Prince Harry’s English rugby sponsorship.

However, princess life may be fairly demanding, particularly if one is married to a future king. As a mother of three, Kate finds it challenging to find the time for extracurricular activities like fitness.

However, Kate recently revealed a tip for getting in a workout and provided an explanation for why she jumps on a trampoline first thing in the morning every day.

Following the publication of Prince Harry’s memoir, Spare, two weeks ago, Kate Middleton and the rest of the Royal Family are in the process of moving on.

Royal fans eagerly anticipated the book, and while a large portion of the world had a taste of what was to coming through Harry and Meghan’s open documentary series on Netflix, Spare was something quite different.

The insider told the Daily Mail that the exercise consists of three parts: the basic plank, the side plank, and the prone skydive, all of which need Kate to hold each position for at least 45 seconds while doing it at least ten times.

“To perform a side plank, you must balance on your side with your feet together, your torso straight, and one arm flexed squarely under your shoulder.

The source continued, “The prone sky dive plank is slightly less painful since you have to lie on your stomach and slowly lift your chest off the floor until your stomach muscles plead for mercy.”

In addition, an informant disclosed that Kate exercises her abs using an inflated gym ball. The Princess has developed an excellent physique and an active lifestyle and is constantly willing to try new activities.

At school, Kate participated in cross-country running, hockey, and tennis. However, it appears that one of her favourite activities these days involves her kids and is done quite early in the morning.

With three small children, it is understandable that mornings at William and Kate’s home might be somewhat chaotic. The Princess has admitted that she and William struggled to plait Charlotte’s hair in the past, so you can only image how stressful it must be to manage and coordinate three energetic kids.
